Our practitioners dedicate focused time and energy to every session. To ensure a respectful and balanced experience for all, please adhere to the following policies:

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

* Notice Period: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

* Timely Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.

* Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable.

2. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your session, the reading will conclude at the originally scheduled end time to respect the next client’s booking. Please note that no partial refunds are provided for time lost due to late arrival.

3. No-Shows

Failure to appear for a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the total forfeiture of the session fee.
